High Quality Architecture

AAVA are a design oriented young practise with particular experience and focus on high quality housing design. We provide a bespoke response to each site’s characteristics and a quality house plan for inhabitants. Our considerate application of building materials creates high quality living spaces and places.

Urban Regeneration

AAVA’s approach encompasses the urban task force report, revised planning policy guidance supporting the view that good design can deliver high density development on complex urban sites. We aim for more sustainable patterns of development to make better use of previously developed land within existing city and perimeter locations.

Sustainability

AAVA takes responsible view of sustainability. By providing the opportunity to live, work and play within an urban environment combined with an environmentally considerate built fabric, a step towards sustainabilty is achievable.
